Rayne Boutcher

Rayne joined Citizen Abroad Tax Advisors in 2018 as Office Manager, she has over 20 years in the finance industry including many years at a Big 4 working in their insolvency and restructuring group. Rayne has a strong background in providing excellent client service, advice and guidance, which helps everyone move forward with their goals both professionally and personally. Rayne is also a member of the Client Experience and Engagement Team at Citizen Abroad Tax Advisors where she assists clients with many aspects of their tax filing experience. Lucky are those who are fortunate to speak to and work with Rayne on their dealings with our firm.

When not at the office assisting the partners and staff, Rayne can be found with her family enjoying a good card game or out walking the family dogs, one of which is a senior pup adopted from the local animal shelter!
